Your grace period is determined by your pick-up location and starts at your scheduled pick-up time. If your grace period finishes and you have not arrived, you're charged $1 per minute for sedans and $2 per minute for stretch limos and all other vehicles + 20% Service and tax Sedans,Suvs,Limos,Vans and buses have GPS tracking for your safety.

MEET AND GREET (Inside pick up only) is charged $45 (Every Request is a Curb side pick-up unless you request a meet and greet and is on your reservation.
*Flights can be especially unpredictable. We ask for your flight information to track your flight and help you avoid wait time fees. You have the option to disable the flight tracker and select an exact pick-up time, however we advise against this. If you disable the tracker you may incur unnecessary wait time fees or be kept waiting if your plane doesn't land when expected.
When the grace period has passed, we will attempt to contact you several times. If we haven't heard from you we may cancel your ride 90 minutes after the grace period has ended. If you do not show up, you will be charged the wait time incurred plus all other applicable charges, If you need to extend the wait time, no problem - just give us a call. you must call Suffolk Limo /World -Class if you can not reach your driver by your pick up time 631-482-3232 or 1877-470-4870. Round trip tolls will be charged at the full rates posted on all bridges and tunnels. E-Z pass discounts are not passed on to the customer.
Suffolk Limo Inc is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter . The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to any Vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. . Sanitation fee is $500. alcohol consumption is not permitted by ANYONE in the vehicle if any of the passengers are under 21 years of age.breaking these terms is grounds for immediate termination of service for all passengers, with no refund. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver and suffolk Limo Inc has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). . Smoking is not permitted in any of our Vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the trip sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the ANY CAR OR limousine. . Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.we are not responsible for any personal items or anything else left behind by passengers in the vehicle.you can contact us if you have lost an item. If you contact us to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid For Airport Service Only,--- If you contact us to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us as we might be willing to give You A Credit For A Future Date. Hourly Limo Service, Point To Point, Charter Bus or Party Bus Or Any Contract Service No Refunds On Deposits To Reserve A Date And Limo,Or Any Vehicle.If You Cancel Your Reservation Less than 24 hours for any of the Services above You Are Responsible For Paying For The Service In FULL---.Unless required by law, under no circumstance shall the transportation service provider or any of the other parties involved in the booking be liable to compensate the passenger/customer beyond refunding the full amount originally paid to the service provider.
