INSTRUCTIONS FOR AIRPORT PICK UP
Meet And Greet Service (chauffeur will meet passengers Inside the airport) Your chauffeur will text and call the passenger's cell and will be located at the designated meet and greet area inside the terminal with a sign. you will also get a text from world class chauffeur with chauffeur's name and contact info. This service must be booked in Advance and must be on your reservation confirmation at the time of pick up. extra charge for this service is required.

CURBSIDE PICK UP
First, pick up your luggage if you have checked bags. Your Chauffeur will contact your cell, either with a call or text message. Once you are ready, your Chauffeur will arrange to pick up. you will also get a text from Suffolk Limo with the chauffeur's name and contact info if you have no phone service please find a public phone and call 1.800.364.7049 we will have a chauffeur meet you inside the airport terminal. If you have not made contact with your chauffeur call our office directly at 1.800.364.7049 We will Connect you to your Chauffeur. When the grace period has passed, we will attempt to contact you several times. If we haven't heard from you we may cancel after the grace period has ended. If you do not show up, you will be charged the wait time incurred plus all other applicable charges, If you need to extend the wait time, no problem - just give us a call. if you can not reach your Chauffeur by your pick-up time Call 1.800.364.7049

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
We monitor all flights arriving at all airports. As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes in arrival time. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. You have to call us if your flight information changes or if you need to change your flight or if you miss your flight).

WILL YOU MEET PASSENGERS AT THE AIRPORT?
Yes, we offer several different services from baggage claim meets, and curbside pick-up to on-site coordinators for large groups. (Every Request is a Curb side pick-up unless you request a meet and greet and is on your reservation.

DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD SAFETY SEATS FOR YOUR VEHICLES?
Yes, you may reserve a child safety seat. Each of our vehicles is equipped with the proper seat belts, so you are welcome to bring your own child seat. If you require one of our child safety seats, please speak with a Reservation Agent prior to the date of your transportation. you can also request online when you book your services.

TOLLS/ ROAD FEES
Round trip tolls will be charged at the full rates posted on all bridges and tunnels. E-Z pass discounts are not passed on to the customer. this will be billed on payment info on your account. do not pay drivers for tolls.

Gratuity Policy
All gratuity of 20% is added to all services for your convenience. any cash given to the chauffeur or any other form of payment is considered extra gratuity to the chauffeur and will not be removed from the original invoice for service. all charges for service must go on payment info on your account for all services.
